We have made a series of films to highlight the raison d’être of Decathlon: “Make sport accessible to as many people as possible”. The concept is based on simple mechanics:
“Its when we… that… “ for example: “It is when we design a tent that unfolds on its own that millions of people go camping”. It makes possible to include all employees and thus highlight the fruit of their work and the values they share. A film that Decathlon shared with its employees but also with the general public via a social media campaign that generated more than 1 million views!
